especially if being used for rental purposes. We can arrange for any
minor repairs to be made and re-paint rooms if needed. We can
also maintain gardens & mow lawns for those with land.

due to flight times, arriving at your destination is often during
unsociable hours. Instead of having to walk around looking for
a shop late at night, we can provide a few essentials ready for you
and your guests arrival, i.e. bread, milk & tea.

its just for personal use or for rental purposes, we can provide a
service which ensures your property is thoroughly cleaned and tidied
with bed linen & towels washed and dried after each visit.

clean is £15 for studio, £20 for 1 bed, £25 for 2 bed apartment

over advertise when trying to get rentals. Why not send us details

We only charge a 20% fee of any booking if its gained through us.

Posting keys can be costly and there
is always the worry they could get lost. We can keep a set of keys
to your property and give them to guests on their arrival, along with
a welcome tour, showing them how appliances work etc and then collect
the keys on their departure ready for the next time.
